Work at The Garden
Read first: No, really… read it. We promise it’s worth it.
Hey there! Your mission is pretty simple. We're looking for good humans who also happen to be great therapists. You don't need to have known you wanted to work with kids since you were five. Maybe you've worked in schools, hospitals, or community mental health. Maybe you've taken a few detours along the way. We don't really care how you got here. We care about who you are, what makes you smile, and what you'll bring to The Garden.
We're looking for someone well-rounded. Someone who can laugh at themselves, doesn't mind getting on the floor, and understands that sometimes therapy looks like playing dinosaurs for 45 minutes. In your cover letter, tell us about yourself! Your favorite things to do, the best place you've traveled, or something you're weirdly passionate about. What makes you, you? Why The Garden? Oh, and sneak in the words little sprouts so we know you actually read this. Underline them, too. Sneaky, we know. And make your application subject line "I've Got a Green Thumb." Details count!
Here at The Garden, we welcome people of all backgrounds, identities, beliefs, and experiences. We don't care if you're a morning person, a night owl, a dog person, a cat person, or someone who thinks pineapple belongs on pizza (although we might have questions). We do care that you're kind, curious, open to learning, and genuinely love working with kids and families. We're building something special here, and we're always looking for good people to grow with us. Maybe that's you. Thanks for your time, and we hope to meet you soon!
